The Chesapeake Office of Coldwell Banker opened its doors in December of 2002.  In 2005 our 30 plus agents produced approximately 130 million dollars in real estate transactions making us one of the top offices in the company.  Our managing broker brings to the table over 30 years experience as a realtor, manager and owner.  At present he is serving on the Executive Committee of Hampton Roads Realtor Association and has served as a board member of HRRA and the Multiple Listing Service.  Along with our agents and manager a knowledgeable staff provides our clients with service possible.  We are licensed to do business in both Virginia and North Carolina.  Our well-trained relocation specialists make transferring to this area as smooth a process as possible.
