In 2002, the distinguished family firm of Cooke & Neff, located in Norfolk’s historic Ghent area, and specialists in property management,  became a member of Coldwell Banker Professional Realtors.® The agency, founded in 1927, has been in  the Neff  family since its beginning.  Parker Neff, his agency’s managing broker, received his license in 1982 and has served on the Grievance Committee of the Tidewater  Association of Realtors.® The firm has been a tradition in Norfolk throughout its years in the real estate business.
